I have over 12 years’ experience working with and within small and large hospitality businesses, helping brands grow through strategic, data-driven digital marketing. My background spans events, partnerships and publishing, before specialising in hospitality digital marketing over the past seven years.
During this time, I’ve built group marketing platforms from the ground up, focusing on brand equity, brand awareness and measurable performance. I’ve led omni-channel marketing strategies across PPC, paid social, email marketing, SMS, loyalty programmes and website optimisation, connecting everything back to the CRM to deliver a truly joined-up guest experience.
